Covering the obligations arising for the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic from the Law No. 569/2007 Coll. on geological works (Geological Law) including later amendeds and Law No. 44/1988 Coll. on the protection and exploitation of mineral resources (Mining Law), as amended – keeping records of exploration areas; evidence of reserved deposits; processing of aggregate inventory of mineral resources; issuing of inventory balances; providing protection of deposits; collecting, recording and making available the results of geological works; material documentation, building and use of information system of geological documentation, keeping of registers, their updating and transformation.
