The Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic (MOE SR) ensures, in accordance with the applicable legislation, strategic registration of the mineral wealth of the Slovak Republic:

Exclusive deposits – The Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic keeps a comprehensive record of reserves of reserved deposits and the overall balance of mineral reserves of the Slovak Republic pursuant to Section 29, paragraph 4 of Act No. 44/1988 Coll. on the Protection and Use of Mineral Resources (Mining Act) as amended.

Non-reserved deposits – the Ministry ensures the maintenance and annual updating of records of non-reserved mineral deposits in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
Online submission of deposit reports
A specialized web application is used to streamline data collection and processing, through which deposit reports for both reserved and non-reserved deposits are submitted electronically.
