In accordance with § 20 of Act no. 569/2007 Coll. on geological works (Geological Act) as amended, the results of geological works are mandatory for use in spatial planning.
Spatial planning authorities and water management authorities are obliged to act in accordance with these results in order to avoid risks and ensure the protection of natural resources.

A web application is available for public administration authorities, designers, investors and other users. It is used for fast and automated acquisition of supporting documents for binding opinions, including the possibility of direct download of geological data.
